Egypt: cost of livivng in cairo:

hi i have been offered a role in cairo , i work as a sr pm so the package is split the local area figure $3000 a month . From this have to get accomodation , a car (rented) food ect and utilities . Have found apratments no problems , dosnt say if they need deposits ect and cant find car costs ect any where ,dnt need the ritz or a limo just nice place and a 4x4 as we work out of town . any advice and help welcome .
