Panama: 30's couple with 1 child + 2 dogs relocating:

Hello, We are moving to Panama City in 5 days, can anyone recommend groups to meet with to meet other new and old expats friends in Panama City. We are a married couple in our early 30's with 1 daughter and 2 bouncing Boxer dogs. We will be in Panama for the next 5 years as we are working on the canal projects. Would love to hear advice on moving to Panama; recieve contacts on a professional and social level and for mothers groups or activities, to make our move fun and smooth. Thanks
