Saudi Arabia: has anyone had a long wait for a contract?:

Hi all, i have been offered a role in jeddah working in construction, had an interview in person in london and was offered the role. however it is taking a very long time (a month now) for them to send through a contract. has anyone else had a similar experiance is this the norm?

Hi i am looking at moving to KSA in the next 6 weeks and have been told i should be getting a villa in Al Sara compound through arabian homes. does anyone know which village this is in?
