Romania: "One room apartment to let- low rent":

Hi everyone, I have a one room apartment to let. It is located in a great neighbourhood, called Floreasca, very close to the city centre, in an area of houses (no tall buildings close by), very quiet zone, green surroundings. There are tennis courts, supermarkets and clubs in the vicinity. It has 35sqm for use, with a balcony and is newly renovated.It doesn't have furniture(I can provide some appliances). The monthly rent is 300 EUR, with one month guarantee. I would like to rent it for at least 6 months, preferably for one year. The apartment is perfect for expats.
