Ireland: NYC to Dublin - relo package:

I am considering a company offered relocation from NYC to Dublin for 2 years. I have not discussed the money particulars with my firm as I wanted to form my own opinion first. Although NYC is not a cheap place to live, from a few articles I read on the Internet, Dublin is not cheap either. My husband and I make about $90,000 each, and I am only seeing salaries of about Euro 40,000 for the jobs we are doing in NYC. Taking into the account that USD is roughly the same as Euro, should we be negotiating for more money or turn down the assignment altogether. We are very fiscally prudent people and realise that by taking jobs in Ireland at about Euro 40,000 a year, in 2 years we will loose a year worth of salary each. Please, help. Thank you.

Australia: Migration Agents for Australian relocation:

Could anybody recommend a good and responsive Migration Agent (preferably but not mandatory in Sydney). Thank you so much. Cheers
