Israel: Wanting to move to Israel:

My family and I are planning on moving to Israel. I have never been there and I am not Jewish so I don't speak the language. I need help on how to get visas and how to become a citizen. Also need advise on shipping. We have 1 child and 2 cats. We need an inexpensive place to live but somewhere safe.
