Hi there, Housing is very expensive in Luanda/Angola. There are international schools here but likewise very pricey. If you send some more details I can better respond to your very general question, i.e. how long are you planning to be here, what city, family size, children's age, lwho is your sponsor - oil co, NGO, consultant, medical, etc - your minimum standards for housing, etc. etc.! Having visited Angola a few times, I know there are lots of US and European expats living in Luanda.
