Is an MBA the norm now rather than the exception? It appears that even with an MBA it is next to impossible to find employment overseas. What are your thoughts on this?

Micronesia: Teaching in Micronesia:

I am a US citizen with a BS in Organizational Management and an MBA degree. I would like to relocate to Micronesia and possibly teach. How easy is this to accomplish? Are positions available? What all would this require? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
