Thank you Job for your feedback.... I will repeat again that:- 1) I am not in the business of brokering for easy cash,am not an agent nor am i employed by anyone!-- i have only 1 place that i let out for short stays and the guests deal with me directly. Most of the guests are actually REFERRALS from other guests who have stayed here so my intellect knows something about that FYI. 2) I informed you a few days before you arrived that my current guest had changed the flight plans UNEXPECTEDLY and that i wouldn't kick/chase him out......Even if it was you, i wouldn't do that, after all--priority is to the current customer.....Now which part of that sentence is exactly hard to understand? Uhmm try the google it? 3)I have learnt in this business,a guests' WORD isn't a guarantee......Have you paid? YES? NO?......First come, first served hombre!.....I for one, will never chase an existing paying guest for one who hasn't even arrived yet :-) 4)As for learning..... i hope that you learn that next time, to avoid ur emotional outbursts over not viewing a place or a cancellation.....a) make sure you have 3-4 options to view and decide on....b) usually, i let my guests stay for a week or 2 to settle in first b4 making any payment.....but LEARN to make a DEPOSIT to show ur commitment......c) Whats the real issue here? U wanted my place.....i got a last minute request from the existing guest to extend the stay....i told you about it...Now ur upset because of the last minute cancellation n crying over it?....Uhmm try grow up, these things do happen??? Try better planning alternatives next time??....d)No one forces you to take up any accomodation posted here or anywhere.......The process is simple, you arrive, view all options, decide YES or NO.....then you take up the accomodation! Like i said, SIMPLE!....

Dear Job, i wish you would just be honest and come out with the truth. I informed you that the current guest had extended the stay & it was beyond my control......You surely did not expect me to kick out the guest who is a foreigner out in the COLD in preference for you??..... I am sorry, but i am not inhuman, so you can keep on posting all the malicious stories you want. The guests i have hosted are on this very forum and are always willing to give a testimonial of their stay at my place! All the same,I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in Kenya..... As for you Dennis, your mail dated March 25th 2011 stated..... "Hi Rose. Can I take both spaces in the shared apartment? Let me know if it is available from April 1st through April 13th. Send me your phone and we can talk."... My response on the same day was "Hi Dennis, Unfortunately, the other room is already occupied."... Plus i gave you my number and no one ever called me for viewing .I have forwarded that last communication from my gmail to you! Do read it again! BE HONEST, DON'T SPREAD MALICIOUS LIES!
