Honduras: Misc Honduras Travel Info:
I came across this website today with lots of good information for those travelling to Honduras for the first time. The website is as follows:

Honduras: "chicken" bus station:
Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum....my family and I will be volunteering @ an orphanage in Guaimaca in the next several months. They instructed us that we could take a taxi from the airport to the regular chicken bus station. Can anyone elaborate on this for me since I have no clue what they are talking about? Thanks in advance!
Ecuador: The Indians:
boncur & vandtor - Thank you so much for all the interesting information!
I really enjoyed learning about them since they do not seem to be discussed very much. I think we need more information / discussion on this forum about the different peoples, their culture, religion / beliefs & what it is that makes the different ethnic groups who they are.
While it is great to give each other relo information, there is so much more to it than that. I would hate to think that those who have gone or are considering going to EC are missing out on a very important aspect of the move.
Thanks again for your insight!
Ecuador: WHO LIVES IN ECUADOR? PART 2:
I thought it was time to update this interesting topic since we've begun a new year. Susan's original post was in Jan 2010, with the last update being Sept 19, 2010 (for those of you who would like to go back & read it). I wanted to start a new post because some people got off topic & started posting other stuff that was unrelated.
Please provide your name, contact info, where you live, for how long, and any other information that you think is relevant to someone who is researching a move or who is in the process, and looking to make contacts.
Thanks in advance to all who participate. The information that you provide is truly invaluable!
Blessings to you in 2011,
Melissa
