Japan: Cable / Satellite English language Channels in Kawasaki:

I'm looking for English language Cable/Satellite service around Kawasaki. My primary requirement is the channels be English, and I'm specifically looking for sports channels such as ESPN, Star Sports, Ten Sports etc. I live in Shukugawara, Tama-Ku, Kawasaki-Shi. Postal code is 214-0021. I still couldn't find a service that offer English channels so please do help.
