Ecuador: Taking dogs to Ecuador:

LAN has an early morning flight out of Miami going to Guayaquil. They fly the pets as luggage so you can walk out of the airport when you arrive with no fees. Before you book the flight call the airline and make sure that no other pets are competing with space. They only have so much room for pets. Book the flight online (save money) then call the airline and book the pets.

Ecuador: "Local" Moving:

Has anyone had experience with a local moving company? Let's say you find a new apt across town and want to move. Are there local companies for this purpose? Steve

Ecuador: Are there Any Retired Military Out There?:

I was curious if there are any retired military on this forum? I am retired navy and considering residency in Ec on retired pay/VA benefits. One of the biggest questions I have is what to use as proof of income? I doubt they would accept a 1099 printed off the web as proof. Anyway, it would be nice to connect with someone out there who has been down this road already. Steve
