Argentina: retirement visa for Argentina:

I am looking for someone to assist me with a retirement visa for Argentina. I have emailed AFNI for info and have yet to hear back from them. I have heard (many times) that ARCA is outrageously expensive so do not want to use them. Can anyone advise me on this issue? Thanks,Aleister [US citizen)

Uruguay: Inter-oceanic container cost:

I have investigated containers and am finding that the cost has risen substantially. A 20' container from Miami to Montevideo is being quoted to me as from 3500.00++ I think that is high however I have been unable to find any quotes for less. A pallet 4x4 is about 1700.00++ depending on the weight and size of the things that you are shipping.
