Argentina: a charity , an organization in cordoba argentina:

hello i am from the philippines and my husband is argentinian. He works here. I on other hand has been looking for things to do here. I tried sending letters to some organizations here to volunteer but never got any reply.I believe there was no reply because I dont really speak a lot of Spanish. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas. Also it would be great to maybe meet some people who actually speak english and who are not argentinians. I usually get lost in conversations when they start speaking really fast: )
