Hi I am new here and I need some help.I would like to retire in Hungary with my wife. I am US citizen my wife has a green card.Both of us are from hungary.Could some body outline the steps we have to take to move back to Hungary.Do we have to pay property tax to US on the house we purchase in hungary?
