Saudi Arabia: A nurse's possible move to Jeddah:

Hello Everyone!!! I am a Muslim African American Registered Nurse working in the Detroit area looking into working in Jeddah for 1-2 yrs. I have contacted an agency working for the King Faisal Hospital and the opportunity sounds great but I have some concerns. Does anyone know about the working conditions there? Also does anyone know about the living/entertainment arrangement for the Amoudia Compound? The pictures look great, but you can not always tell from that.
