my problem is i want to hire a car for 4 weeks and drive myself i have been told 1-i can not,2 i need a driver,3if i go to 'office of transportation' in Ho Chi Minh they will give me temporary licence? does any one now what i can do??? thanks a lot pete mullen.

thanks very much for all your comments,when you say $250 do you mean a month,weekly? and what do i expect to get for this as in house size,rooms,toilet,bathroom,electric,water you know all the normal stuff. hot weather not a problem just got back from thailand to adelaide(australia) and it was bloody cold so the weather in south-east asia is very appealing. thanks pete and petra.
