Colombia: Gun ownership for Colombian citizens:

Masteria is correct. I went through this process. Basically they license you, not the gun. Psyh test., etc. Guns are very expensive here. Illegal guns are not so expensive and readily available in the street. If you think you need a gun, OK. Bleeding heart liberals think guns kill people. They "DO" need a trigger pulled to kill somebody. This is a dangerous country and thinking about owning a gun is not "crazy". OK, start the attacks on me.. Joe
