Israel: Guide for Non-Jews?:

Is there a guide anywhere for non-Jews, who are looking to move to Israel? I am in the USA and God has been putting Israel on my heart. I want to do some research and prayer, to see if it's even fathomable. I have a job here and a wife and three kids. I have experience as a technician repairing packaging equipment, if that is a job niche available there. Or if you can think of other questions I should be asking let me know. Thank you.
