Guatemala: Having a baby in Xela (Quetzaltenango):

Anyone have advice about having a baby in Guatemala? We'd like to have the baby in Xela if there are good hospitals there. We'll be in language school so our Spanish won't be up to full speed yet. Any advice or knowledge about the health care options in Xela? Thanks!
