Ecuador: grocery items (and other):

Hello Susan. I am a Canadian of Italian descent who like most Italians loves his pasta fix at least once or twice a week.In Salinas do they have ingredients to make a sauce such as oregano,Italian seasoning,tomato paste,canned tomato sauce,olive oil,Romano cheese, hot chilli peppers,& hot sausage & onions. In a year or two I m planning on moving to Ecuador(probably Salinas) for 3 - 4 mths of the year.Being able to satisfy my craving for pasta will just make the transition from Canada to Ecuador that much easier.
