France: Moving to Paris first steps:

So I'm moving to Paris. A true adventure! I got a job in a company in the 9th and I'm moving in the first week of August. I'm having a lot of trouble getting info on moving to Paris because I{m a bachelor and averybody seams to have families and dogs jeje. My main concern is getting an appartment. I found its not easy and hotels are very expensive. my budget is 1200 MAX! a month for an appartmet. and I need to stay in a hotel for a week or so to get my bearing of the city when I arrive. Is there anybody who has been in my situation and can calm my nerves?

India: 3 weeks for departure. should i take my coat:

So I'm leaving for India (Mumbai) on the 16th of January for 3 months..more if my visa lets me.. I was planning to travel very light and buy some clothes there, but i'm afraid i won't find clothes my size. I'm not hudge but enough to be considered a rugby forward. Should i buy stuff here or I can manage over there. What are things I just have to take... besides my passport and a stomach full of beef.

India: Expat jobs in Mumbai:

Hi, Same thing here. Traveling to mumbai soon. My girlfriend works there and I'm just about to resign to go be with her for a few months. HOPING to find work and be able to change my visa. I know that you cannot change a tourist visa to a working visa inside India, but i did the naukri and all others with little result. My resume is actually very good, but Indians are more of the face to face job interview people. So, saved some money, got my visa and I'm ready to go there for a couple of months.... could stay longer but my tourist visa expires the 24th of march... hopefully i can get a few interviews in and return to set up my paperwork. It's tough... but she's worth it :)
