United Arab Emirates: Hard to get jobs?:

Most packages will for managerial positions will come with a car, home allowance, insurance, etc. I have never used a placement company and I have not heard of a recommendation. Good luck.

United Arab Emirates: Moving to Abu Dhabi:

In the past it has been the practice of companies to pay for lodging, provide a car, living expenses, and communication (cell phone). Before I would accept an employment contract, I would demand these things and then require that you have to accept it. If they will not do this, you will need to make sure they are paying you appropriately. It is a great place to live. I love it here and really don't see returning to the US except to see family once a year. Make it work and come. You will enjoy it.
