South Africa: Paying bills in UK:

I am scottish and I have recently moved to Cape Town to get married and am able to work. I do not have a bank account here as yet but still have one in the UK to pay my mortgage and some bills. My house is rented out but I still need to put money in my UK account to make up the shortfall. Does anyne know how I do this from South Africa? They seem to be very strict about money going out of the country and I am not sure how else I am going to be able to meet my monthly commitments unless I can transfer money from money I earn here. Thanks in advance
