Austria: advice pls!:
Hi Paul,
I am an American living in Innsbruck for the last 9 months. The biggest thing is the language. If you know German that will get you a long way. People in gerneral are pretty nice somewhat cold but nice. The thing we miss most are the conveniences from home (not very good selection of consumer goods and the store hours are terrible). I'm not sure how big Graz is but Innsbruck is small (100,000 population). It would be much easier to get acclimated in a larger city because there are more resources available to expats. The best thing about Innsbruck is the outdoor activites. Again I'm not sure about Graz. Good Luck!
Austria: Moving to Innsbruck:
I'll be moving to Innsbruck , Austria with my fiance this September. I have dual citizenship (US+EU) so i won't have any trouble staying there. She is a US citizen however.
Does anyone know what we can do for her visa?
Also, any information about housing in Innsbruck would be greatly appreciated.

Austria: US citizen relocating to Innsbruck:
I am relocating with my fiance to Innsbruck in September 2002 . I have a dual citizenship (EU & American) so I won't have trouble staying there. I don't know what we can do about her though since she has an American passport.
Any information provided about this visa issue and/or finding housing would be greatly appreciated.
