U won't have any trouble renting here, as I've rented close to 10 times during past 36 months. I've even posted some youtube/asianhighway26 videos showing me carrying a sign "apartment / house wanted". Almost every trike driver knows of a vacancy and if you have a bike you can canvass any interesting areas yourself then text the owners to show it. Beware of those requiring any advanced security deposits for any reasons. Re read that last sentence.
