Kenya: Room available in Kileleshwa apartment:

One bedroom available immediately in a three bedroom apartment in Kileleshwa. Tenant has access to all living space, including kitchen, two balconies, living room and dining area. This room shares a bathroom and shower with one other roommate. Room is furnished with a chair, build in wardrobes, bed and linens. Easy access to town, Westlands, Lavington or Kilimani area via 48 matatu or back roads (usually jam-free!) Parking space also available for those with cars. Quiet compound with plenty of space. Beautiful surroundings with a small river in the backyard. Large pool and poolhouse on site. Yoga in the pool house twice a week, and a great gym just down the street. Safe neighborhood, very walkable. Guards on site 24 hours at the apartment. Local shopping centre is a five minute walk from the apartment, and includes a grocery, green grocer, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, optician, dry cleaner, ATM and full-service spa. Rent is 35k per month, including the room, wireless internet, electricity and water, and a housekeeper one day per week for laundry and cleaning.
