Costa Rica: expats leaving CR:
Hmmm---I did my own residency, it is WAYYY easier now than ever and it cost me a few hundred bucks. Yes traffic sucks--no, roads not bad, brand new as a matter of fact on the Caribbean. We have a brand new hospital and I will take the care here before the months long waits---high insurance rates and all for the privilege of seeing a Physicians Assistant in the States. Only Doctors and Nurses here! Parasites??? Oh come on I have lived and eaten all over the country for 15 years and neither I nor anyone I know ever had and issue. Sounds like fake news to me---

Costa Rica: Is Costa Rica that much more expensive?:
Oh yeah--Panama is great--well just the occasional union uprisings where they riot and chop folks up with machetes. I had a trip planned to Bocas del Toro but had to cancel because of that type of fun. And attorneys stealing titles is old news---certainly not common today by any stretch. Oh well guess this guy got bored and needed some attention.

Costa Rica: Where to stay:
The Caribbean of Costa Rica is an overlooked part of the country. It is growing and changing in many good ways with a town of 70k people and new hospital very close and only about 35-40 minutes to the first beach. We have a nice gated community with high speed fiber optic internet service. Send me your email and I will send you a copy of my book "The Caribbean of Costa Rica Live and Invest on the Last Frontier".

Costa Rica: Planning Our First Trip:
Good Morning---I will be glad to send you my book "The Caribbean of Costa Rica Live and Invest on the Last Frontier" if you provide an email. We do have a "gated community" but with 640 acres our project basically has two private entrances for our almost 8 miles of private interior roads. We also have dedicated fiber optic lines for super fast and dependable internet--not aware of any other projects who offer this benefit. We have a brand new hospital in our local town of 70,000 people and plenty of stores etc. Our roads are expanding, our real estate is increasing in value and overall the Caribbean is growing in good way like no other area of Costa Rica. Most folks still have not really gotten to known the Caribbean but we have a great balance of good weather, beaches close by and when you have Toucans and Monkeys and Macaws in your backyard how can you complain?Check out our website and please write to me for my book and any questions you may have.
