South Africa: Visa advice from UK to SA:

Hi there I am starting a 1 year course in South Africa in Septmeber and need advice on my visa application. I am applying for a study visa but need to provide a medical report. Can anyone tell me what type of medical report this has to be or what it shows? also i have to get medical insurance that is recognised in SA. But how do I know what is recognised in SA? Any help would be great Thanks Eve
