Argentina: Malargue Visit (Land Buy & Ski Acc?):

Hi All Im off again down to Malargue to look at some land & would appreciate any steers. As its Mendoza, obviously things will be a little different? I know I have to look out for some things but to be prepared is to be aware etc.... Also going to try & fit in some skiing so going to need accommodation but dont want to get highjacked by the tourist net, so, Acc, car hire? transport to the slopes from Malargue etc??? Looks like a big ask but just another ongoing adventure chapter Best & Thanks Pete

Hi All...Just wanted to relay my postive experience with the car hire in Cordoba, Ill be using the same firm this weekend. Thanks to all for the advice, namely, Tom Also, Ill be looking to purchase my first lote here in area of San Roque/Nr Carlos Paz Lago, so quiet an adventure ahead. If anyone can give me some steers on Inmobiliarias % charge etc it would be very much appreciated,I have some info already but your shared experiences & advice is appreciated Best & Thanks Pete

Hi Tom You seem to be a wealth of good positive info. Im from scotland but live in BA. looking to move to the mendoza region. will prob look to rent first the buy later...maybe do something up...how do you rate the builders there & is the cost of materials/labour expensive..looking to visit your area april time...thanks...pete
