Saudi is very sophisticated these days. All technology is now here - internet, computers, phone systems etc. Several providers. Major shopping centers in principal cities (Jiddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Al-Khobar, Dharan etc.). Most international brands represented. International airports in principal cities. You will be a short flight to UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi. No alcohol, no pork - respect the culture. There are simple rules for women in public. You will not be able to drive. Your employer should give you a MERE (multiple exit re-entry visa). Welcome! Saudi is a remarkable country - a benevolent Monarchy.

Observe - this is very simple - you want "what"? Money or a better quality of life, I suspect money - the two are not the same ... UAE gives you a quality life-style, but has serious restrictions on a cultual basis, e.g. you can't do sexual stuff on a public beach, even kissing- all the yadda-yadda about the good life is simply not true ... if you didn't have it in your home country, you won't find it in Dubai ... Wishing you good fortune ... protect your family ...
