Denmark: buying a house in Denmark:
Hi Adam
Did you purchase a property? We bought a house in Virum. My husband and i are British and have lived her for two years now. If you would like to discuss buying a property if you have not already done so send me your e-mail address and I will contact you directly.
Denmark: International Schools and Preschools:
The only bad thing I have found in Denmark are the poor standards of the International schools. The quality of `Osterbro school is on par with Bjorn International school.
If you are going to be staying in Denmark for a long time, my advice would be to send them to a Danish school where the resources will be better.
Denmark: Renting or Buying a Home in Denmark:
My advice would be rent. The markets are not stable. It will allow you a quick exit. If you do choose to buy then check for K3 problems and slagger. Buyer beware and trust NO estate agents
Denmark: home schooling:
My son has been attending the Bjorn International School in Hellerup, but we were not satisfied with the standard of education and were told to take our child and leave immediately!
I am looking to home school him. Has anyone else done this in Copenhagen? How easy was it to find the correct paper work. I would be delighted to pal up with other parents who are home schooling so that we could share subjects. I can teach science, English, History and Geography.
