Switzerland: lease buy back car 3months:

can anyone give me info or has anyone actually used this program where you can lease a car and they then buy it back? Or can anyone help in with info on the most economical way of having a car for approximately 3 months to travel around some countries in Europe and Uk. Central country would be Switzerland or open to suggestions for neighbouring countries. thanks
