Nepal: Best Volunteer org?:

Hello, I am a nurse in Portland, OR looking for a volunteer/work oppuertunity in Nepal. Paid work is preferable, but I am have accepted the fact that I will probably have to do pay-to-play because I don't have expereince yet. There are a lot of places working in Nepal, can someone recommend a good orginization? So far, I have found http://www.volunteernepal.com/, Volunteer Abroad (uvolunteer), and many others. Is there one that it "better" (in that the majority of the fees go to the people?) Thanks for your help, Kim
