Does anyone know the name and phone number for a residency facilitator. Someone living in Asuncion that knows the ropes that would go with me to the various offices to help me step by step with the residency process when I get there, for a reasonable price such as 1000 to $1200. Please send me the informaion. It wouild be greatly appreciated
