Vietnam: Open a small business:

Hi All, I've just returned from VN after one month and I really loved the country, so I'm kind of thinking of moving to it for living and perhaps open a small business such as restaurant, coffe shop, bar, etc... I don't have much experience in this field, but I do have some business sence and managment experience . Also, I have an equity of about $30-35K, which I think is enough for this purpose. I also know a local person which I met during my stay, so it can be very usefull as well. Does anyone have some tips regarding the establishing of a small business in VN (my preference is Hanoi)? Thanks
