We are moving to Managua on DEC 2011. Can anyone recommend good Real estate agencies? We are looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom house around Carretera MAsaya.. How soon should I start looking? We were planning to go around October to look for a house and finalize the housing situation. thanks! p.

My family and I , are moving from Washington DC to Managua (DEC 2011). We don't have a place yet, but we will be looking around Carretera Masaya. Can anyone recommend a a childcare center for my 2 year old.. preferable bilingual. Thanks! p.
