Bangladesh: How to ship pets from Bangladesh to another country?:

I currently reside in Singapore. I have no trouble looking for pet shipping services in singapore to bring in my guinea pig to Bangladesh. But I cant find one to bring my guinea pig BACK to singapore! How should I do this in Dhaka? What sort of procedures do I need to go through? I need all sorts of details and Im having a hard time getting them.
