Nepal: work/resident visa:

I have a couple of options to which I can obtain a work visa via an attorney for a somewhat expensive fee. Is there someone who would consider signing me into their company or perhaps you know of someone who would consider doing this/ I would greatly appreciate it. Jeff

Nepal: Living in Nepal:

I want to settle down here and as I research I am getting opposing comments on how to achieve this goal. Is it true that you can stay past the 150 day visa as long as you pay $50 per month for visa extensions? How do I go about settling here. I have no business prospects and I am living on SS but here it goes a long way. Any help would be appreciated.

Nepal: classifieds:

Where do I go to find an online classified paper to look for rentals, car, etc? Thanks. Let's do coffee one day soon.

Nepal: living in a smog free place:

Hi. Where are some of the places that I could rent a place in an area that doesn't have allot of pollution?

Nepal: Nepal advice:

I know that all of these questions will be answered when I get there but if possible I just want to get as much info as I can before I go. I am looking on the web for people that live Here and wouldn't mind sharing. My budget is 1000 us per month for everything. Is this a "workable" budget? Where should I look for housing and what type? I like mountains, cool air and eve3n some snow once in a while. Are these spots pretty well taken up with resort and tourist areas? Thanks, Jeff

Nepal: Hi, Everyone!:

I have been traveling for a while now and I would like to settle for a while in Nepal. Pokhara seems to pop up as one of the prettiest and nicest places to live. Any other suggestions on where to live? I am looking for mountains, scenery, people and a "smog free" place to hang my hat. Any other suggestions, advice? What is the best airport to fly into? I really appreciate all of your help! Jeff
