Saudi Arabia: Good compound - East Coast:

Hi All I am a (working) expat wife returning to Saudi after 2 years away. Lived in Riyadh before - this time going to Dharhan. Would some one out there be kind enough to let me have some info on good and not-so-good compounds / schools (10 year old son). Also, having been away for a time, I am anxious to know how life has changed - or not?? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!
