Paraguay: family wanting to move to Paraguay:

We are very keen and interested in moveing to South America, we wish to find a home a piece of property a house , we hope to raise a few crops maybe a bit of livestock, for our own use. what do we need to move there what is require, beyond the legalised documents and some cash in the bank, how long doese it take to gain residency is is costly should we get our visa before we come or come as tourists ( hate to pay return trip tickets if not needed) we want to live outside of the cities, we are thinking also of opening a bed and breakfast.. any help and advise would be wonderful..

Bolivia: moving to Bolivia:

what would be required for my self and my family to move to bolivia, how difficult is the process, how long will it take, what is required. we wish to permanatly move there buy a propety/house with a bit of land, we hope to grow foods, maybe some livestock, live quitely engage with the local people become part of the society. we have children of school age. we speak a little spanish but, we do learn quickly we are also thinking of opening a business (maybe a B&B) we are anxious to move soon.
