South Africa: What about costs?:

We are an expatriate family that have been living for the past two years in Beirut, but we have finally decided that there's no place like Africa,(my daughters were born in Nigeria) and now I'm so looking forward to go to South Africa, where we hope to settle for good. I only have a question. Please could anybody tell me what are the costs in South Africa? How much would we have to pay for a 3 bedroom house with garden (we will take our dogs and cats), to rent. How much for food for 3 people? Generally speaking how much money would I need? We are a quiet family without many pretences.We'll be going either to Cape Town or Kimberley. Also if there is a dog lover around could he/she tell me if I can get Eukanuba over there? Thank you very much! I would be so grateful for an answer!
