I looked into this as I live an hour from Elizabeth NJ..My friend there is a police seargent. There have been NO reports of a missing person from Colombia as of today June 10, 2016 reported to the missing persons department at the Elizabeth Police Dept. Colombia: 9mm/ 12 guage rounds:

Does anyone know how many rounds can be purchased legally at a time or is there no limit ?

Colombia: Mariage Documents:

I am from New Jersey USA and after much research I found a Notary in Medellin to marry me and my Colombian wife with the least ammount of documents other notaries require. I provided a apostilled divorce decree from Trenton which is the capital of New Jersey.. My Birth Certificate also apostilled and both translated into Spanish AFTER the apostille was issued..Both are good for 60 days..That was it as the certificate of singlehood does not exist in the USA as far as I know..If interested in traveling to Medellin to do this the Notary was Notaria 5 sector Unicentro..Calle 34 No.66A-50 Medellin.....Cell Number..316-560-8720..They also speak English there..I hope this helps ...

Colombia: double taxation ?:

Not to get off topic..But I entered Colombia on a tourist Visa and on the second trip to Medellin I married my fiancee..She now is in the USA legally with a marriage visa [I-130] I filed..Now in the future I plan to retire in Colombia and get a marriage visa..I was advised by the notary who married us in Medellin he can file the paperwork when I am ready for my residency visa in Colombia..How does this whole thing affect me ? Ther are so many conflicting replys here...BJM what is your input as a fellow New Yorker ?

Colombia: new member:
