I think it is also illegal to have a part-time helper.You could get your visa revoked. There has been a crackdown on part-time staff. You are better off hiring a full-time one.

Hong Kong: Moving to HK from U.S.:

I wouldn't recommend mid-levels unless you are comfortable living in a very polluted and densely populated area. Most of HK is easily accessible anyway - it is a very small island. I would not recommend Lamma either. I would pick Pokfulam, Jardines Lookout, Stanley or Repusle Bay - leafier, cleaner and not hard to get to central.

Never heard of this - most of the men in Cnetral seem to wear navy business suits! I think someone may be pulling your leg!
