Greece: Networking in Greece:

Hi. I'm a U.S. citizen but my wife is from Greece. We lived there for 6 months a few years ago, and I am familiar with the country and the culture. Lately we have been talking about moving to Greece, but I am concerned about my career. I have a successful career in telecom, having worked for companies such as AT&T and Lucent Technologies. Can anyone suggest how I might contact other professionals in Greece to understand what career opportunities may be available for someone like me? I am learning to speak Greek, but I am not fluent. I am also looking for help in understanding the cost of living. I've heard it's "cheaper", but is it so much cheaper as to justify a 50 to 75% paycut? I would love to hear from anyone who can help, and I'm particularly interested in learning if there are any groups or organization of English-speaking professional expats in Greece. Thanks!

Greece: Need career advice from expats:

Hi! My wife is Greek and we are considering moving back to Greece. However, I am concerned about my career there. I have a successful career in the U.S., working for major telecom companies as both a software engineer and a technical marketing manager. I am looking for people who can help me network with other professional expats so that I may find job opportunities. I'm also trying to understand the cost of living in Greece. If anyone can help, or know of any groups or organizations I could contact, please let me know! I lived in Greece for 6 months in the past, so I am familiar with life there and the culture.
