Ivory Coast: Possibly moving to cote d'ivoire, help! I need more info:

Hello Leanne, Its great that you are deciding to move to Abidjan with your family. I don't know which country you are coming from but am sure that you are aware that Ivory Coast is totally French speaking. There is an American School here and is quite expensive with the level of education that is also questionnable. Abidjan is a very safe place to stay. The people are very nice and quite polite. You have very good malls and you can find practically everything. Social Activites-There is quite a large expat community here and there are get-togethers. There is also a very large Lebanese Community. Do bear in mind that Abidjan is a bit on the expensive side (when compared to other African countries). Hoping this helps you in making a decision :) Please let me know if you have any specific questions. Abbas

Ivory Coast: Job Offer:

Hello Leane, Sorry for the late reply. Since you are coming from France, I don't think you will have any issues at all in settling down comfortably. There is a very large French community here, the French schools also are excellent and you have a wide range of choices. Regarding the school that you are talking about-sorry, am not aware of it or its curriculum. Feel free to let me know if you require any other info. Take Care and God Bless. Abbas

Ivory Coast: Coming to Ivory Coast + Meet People:

Hello Tillieia, Its great that you will be in Abidjan. I just got here a few days back and am already loving the place. The people are very humble and friendly, quite a laid-back attitude...Its as if time holds no importance here... Take care and stay in touch, Abbas
