Jordan: Compensation Package for Working in Amman:

Good day all, hope everyone is doing well. I am new to the site and I am hoping to glean some useful information regarding a reasonable and adequate compensation package for an American relocating to Amman as an International Training Manager. I have been researching information already and have found quite a bit; however, if I can get some personal experiences it would definitely help. Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing any recommendations.
