I'm a retired police officer/state investigator in Florida - get two pensions......how much would one need to live a simple, but comfortable life in a village in Ireland......renting, etc. Tks. in advance.

Hungary: American retiring in Hungary:

I am a retired police officer/state investigator of Hungarian descent - looking to retire in Hungary in 2012; have two pensions - so, cost of living shouldn't be an issue; but, what about trying to stay over 90 days at a time? How does one overcome this? Any suggestions, hints on this move? Thanks!
