Angola: please advise me about salary I am getting in angola:

I got a job offer in angola in a civil engineering design firm with 3800 USD montly and USD15 per day for food. By the way I am a civil engineer with 13 years of exp They will provide accomodation, all the insurance, conveyance. I am an indian national and do not have any idea about living statdard in angola. I want some valuable advis from the forum members, whether the salary is as per angolan standard.How is living standard? how would be the savings.
