Mr Rick from LA I do not think i can help yopu in the grafic desing part ( I fix pasta and chocolate machines) However i do have the passion as you to get out of the USA. I will be in Northern Samar next month where there are many universities. I cannot help ypu with finance but, I can ask about how many fine greatly educated people from the area may help.

Vietnam: passport:

Good luck. remain as a tourist as long as you can(3 months if you are lucky) If you plan to stay longer go to Cambodia, then get a visa back to Vietnam. This information is what I have found from exstensive research from the internet. I will try to learn more because, I will be in Vietnam November 14. It will be my fourth trip there in the past 5 years.

Vietnam: moving by ocean freight:

When you move from the Philippines remember one thing. Vietnam does not like when someone comes from the Philippines to Vietnam. You will run into some small problems due to there is terrorists in the Philippines. Be prepaired to have some questions asked. I travel to Vietnam and the Philippines. I always visit Vietnam first, before the Philippines.
